Crossland vs McCormack in professional K1 Super Fight on VIP show at The Takeover

The sold out VIP evening show at The Takeover at Deans Sports and Leisure Centre at Lincoln College has some of the biggest names in the UK K1 scene on the card, so now is the time for us to talk about those fights to wet the appetites of those who were lucky enough to secure a ticket for the event.

Not only will guests have the opportunity to have a meet and greet with the legendary boxer Frank Bruno and see UK rapper Tinchy Stryder performing a set, they will also get to witness some of the UK’s very best K1 fighters in action and we have managed to secure an international professional K1 rules super fight to be chief support to the show.

Tommy Crossland was one of the most technically gifted amateur fighters that the UK has ever seen.  A come forward fighter with a typical Dutch fighting style, mixing great body shots and crippling low kicks.  This fighting style saw him climb the ladder from a young boy to become the ICO Amateur K1 World Champion.

Making his pro debut, the Barnsley star is another of Mick Crossland’s Beasts of Barnsley and the poster boy for the rapidly growing Kings of Combat.

Facing Tommy is another experienced Irish fighter in Eric McCormack.  This is a rematch, where is a closely fought bout under amateur rules Tommy took the win.  Since then Eric has racked up an unbeaten professional record and hopes that taking off the shin pads and allowing knees to the head will make a difference on Saturday night.

Once again, this is another top class fight to showcase the UK’s top fighters on the big stage and the team can’t wait to have ring side seats to watch this.

As stated before to VIP show is now sold out but don’t worry, tickets are still available for our under card and can be purchased from the Lincoln Fight Factory or by clicking this link
